Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Admin Support Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
Duties will include the provision of a high quality comprehensive administrative service ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Department, whilst working under pressure with competing demands. You will provide a full administration function to assist the Estate Officer (Support Services) with the management of Service Contracts and the Training function for all mandatory and statutory training requirements. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
Candidates should be educated to SVQ Level III Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience in business administration essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. They should also have experience in minute taking and diary management.
Hours
29.60 hours per week - Monday – Friday 9am – 3.30pm
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership
A UK car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
