Job Opportunity: Residential Support Worker (FEMALE ONLY)
Location: Glossop
Salary: £26,000-£27,200 + Sleep-in shifts (£70 per night, approx. 4-6 per month)
Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care (Essential)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Child Care
* Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (Required)

Key Responsibilities
* Promote the safety and wellbeing of every young person, meeting their care, educational, emotional, social, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
* Provide consistent supervision and maintain appropriate boundaries and control.
* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to advocate for each child's best interests.
* Work across a flexible rota including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight stays.
* Participate in residential trips and activities.
