We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to join the Supply Chain team and to ensure that production runs efficiently across multiple areas of the factory.
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a precise production plan, ensuring deviations are addressed promptly and supporting smooth factory operations. Your focus will be on production areas, while providing cross-training support in other areas. You will play a pivotal role in optimising hourly factory performance, maintaining accurate data and ensuring operational compliance.
Day to day you’ll oversee the production schedule from order input to factory execution, monitor and reconcile daily performance against plan, provide timely updates to management and ensure all production processes comply with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

* Address deviations promptly and support smooth factory operations.

Qualifications
* Experience in a planning role in Food, FMCG or Manufacturing.
* Understand factory processes and production planning.
* Communicate confidently with production staff.
* Take ownership of responsibilities and solve problems effectively.
* Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety.
* Demonstrate team spirit, honesty, and professionalism.
