As Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for strengthening the organisation's overall financial position. You will oversee day‑to‑day finance operations while working closely with senior leaders to enhance performance, manage risk, and support major organisational change.
This is a broad, influential role that extends well beyond traditional financial control. You will contribute to structural change, systems implementation, and cultural development, helping to shape a modern, forward‑looking finance function.

You will bring:

\tExtensive experience in senior finance roles, ideally at Financial Controller level

\tStrong technical accounting expertise and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks

\tProven experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

\tA track record of delivering high‑quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions
\t
\t

\tA collaborative leadership style with experience developing and motivating finance teams

\tExcellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

\tStrong systems capability, including experience with ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills

Qualifications & Technical Knowledge
\t

\tDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
\t
\t
*
\tFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
\t
\t
*
\tStrong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks
\t
\t
*
\tKnowledge of corporate finance, tax, and audit processes
\t
\t
*
\tExperience supporting ERP implementations and wider business transformation initiatives
