We are seeking a dedicated Home-Based Clinician who shares our passion for helping others and wants to be part of an organization that prioritizes social justice, mental health advocacy, and community-centered care. Job Overview:
As a Home-Based Clinician, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families in the comfort of their own homes. You will deliver therapy to clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
* Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.
* Work collaboratively with clients to help them develop coping strategies, build resilience, and manage mental health challenges.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
* Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
* Foster strong, empathetic, and professional relationships with clients, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their challenges and successes.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A license eligible or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or similar mental health credentials.
* Team members invested in providing mental health services to diverse populations, including individuals who may be marginalized or underserved.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting, with strong time-management skills.
* A commitment to the values of social justice, equity, and inclusion.
* A passion for supporting others and making a positive, tangible impact on their lives.
* Experience in crisis intervention or working with clients who have experienced trauma is a plus.
* Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and communication.
