What is the day-to-day of the role: Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support Assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines Work collaboratively with nurses and other care professionals Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Required Skills and Qualifications A genuine passion for caring for others Good communication and teamwork skills At least 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 years A positive attitude and a kind heart Care training certificates including Safeguarding, Health & Safety and more (not necessary as full training can be provided on application) About Us Connect2Hampshire is a managed service agency owned by Hampshire County Council providing temporary, contract and interim opportunities into the Council.
