An excellent opportunity has arisen at an award winning law firm who specialise in media and entertainment law.
The Role
You can look forward to supporting the commercial property team who have a range of well known clients including hotel chains, restaurants, shops and recording studios and warehouses for building sets and filming shows.
The role will include
* Administrative Coordination: Managing fee-earner diaries, organising meetings, and handling client care letters
* File Management: Organising and maintaining physical and electronic client files
* Compliance: conducting AML checks
* Administrative Support: General office duties, diary management, and supporting fee-earners (solicitors/partners)
* Document Management: Preparing, drafting, and formatting legal documents, letters, and reports
* Property Specific Tasks: Assisting with searches, SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) forms, and land registry applications
The Requirements
It is anticipated you will have at least 12 months experience as a legal administrator or a legal secretary ideally in a property team, but they are flexible.
They are very open to secretaries who are working in more local firms who are seeking their first role in a city firm.
They are open to both career secretaries - and you can progress into a senior secretary role - or a law graduate with experience as a legal secretary who after 12 months wants to move into a paralegal role.
