Due to continued expansion our client, a well-established, national Service company is actively seeking an experienced, self-driven and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a fully remote role.\n\nReporting directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include:\n\n * Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.\n\n * Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.\n\n * Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.\n\n * Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.\n\n * Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.\n\n * Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.\n\n * Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.\n\n * Identifying industry trends.\n\n * Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.\n\nAs a successful candidate, you will have experience within a sales/account management/sales administration role, a professional approach to customer service, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a great attention to detail together with excellent IT Skills and experience of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\nIn return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary + bonus, staff incentives, ongoin...
