Medequip Connect provides services to over 10,000 people nationwide, supporting older, disabled, or vulnerable individuals to remain safely at home. We deliver Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and related equipment, offering 24/7 assistance to promote independence and peace of mind for users and their families.
About The Role
As a Contact Centre Operator, you'll handle incoming alarms and calls for Medequip Connect, including TEC services. Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing professional support in the Contact Centre
2. Being the first point of resolution for client and customer escalations with high standards of customer care
3. Supporting and motivating colleagues as a team player
4. Maintaining high customer service standards
5. Ensuring quality and service standards to retain and attract customers
6. Knowing TSA Quality Standards and British Standards to ensure compliance with device monitoring requirements
7. Adhering to TSA Quality Standards Framework and Service modules, including KPI targets and call audits
8. Developing expertise in the Health & Social Care landscape and how Medequip solutions support service users
9. Escalating concerns, safeguarding issues, and complaints appropriately
Education
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (required)
Experience
* Customer service: 1 year (required)
