We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Redcliffe Homes.
This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both sales and marketing functions, helping to drive the success of our developments and customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and updating sales data and reports via COINS system
* Processing reservations and issuing customer documentation
* Coordinating exchange date updates and weekly reporting
* Supporting sales progression and maintaining purchaser records
* Liaising with solicitors, agents, and internal teams
* Managing customer incentives and extras
* Setting up postal addresses with Royal Mail
Reporting & Data Management
* Producing weekly and monthly sales reports and analysis
* Maintaining price lists and sales documents
* Monitoring competitor activity and market research data
* Providing visitor analytics and insights
Marketing Support
o Assisting with production of brochures, leaflets, and marketing materials
o Ensuring property listings are accurate across website & agent portals
o Keeping marketing collateral and displays up to date
Operational Support
o Raising purchase orders and processing invoices, expenses, and commissions
o Coordinating staff rotas and supporting sales team logistics
o Ordering stationery and office supplies
o Supporting internal meetings and distributing notes
o Handling sales enquiries via phone, email and website
o Acting as a key point of contact for agents and internal teams
o Delivering excellent customer service throughout the buyer journey
About You
o Has strong administrative and organisational skills
o Is confident working with data and reporting systems
o Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
o Has a proactive and collaborative approach
o Previous experience in property, sales, or marketing is desirable
