This high-impact role supports the global launch of a priority oncology asset, offering an exceptional opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives across a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. The position can be performed remotely from the UK or Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the global Medical Affairs launch activities for a priority oncology program.
* Drive project execution, ensuring delivery against key milestones, budgets, and timelines.
* Manage cross-functional planning, governance, RAID tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
* Collaborate closely with senior medical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to align global objectives.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6-12+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs project management, ideally with strong Oncology exposure.
* Proven track record of managing complex, global programs and engaging confidently with senior leadership.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
* Strong understanding of launch operations and cross-functional alignment within a global matrix.
* Fluent English required
