Multi Site Recruitment Coordinator Are you currently working in a warehouse / admin and ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a proactive and organised Multi-Site Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, youll support staffing and operations across several client sites as well as being in our office in Oldbury. The main focus is recruiting quality staff, making sure shifts are covered, workers are supported, and clients are happy. This is a great next move for someone with warehouse experience who knows what it takes to keep things moving and is ready to step into a people-focused coordination role. What youll be doing: Making sure staffing levels are covered across different sites each day Booking and confirming temporary workers for shifts Helping to solve last-minute staffing needs Visiting sites to support workers and clients in person Being the first point of contact for any queries Keeping accurate schedules, timesheets, and records Supporting with recruitment and new starter onboarding What were looking for: Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment Strong people skills confident speaking with colleagues, workers, and clients Organised and able to juggle different tasks at once Flexibility A full UK driving licence and your own car (mileage paid) Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems) Hours of work: FLEXIBLE 39hrs per week 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm or 2pm - 11pm What we offer: Competitive salary Mileage/travel allowance Supportive team environment Clear career progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who wants to grow into a more people-focused and varied role.
