About the Role
As a SEND Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a close-knit team in a welcoming primary school in central Newcastle. You’ll be supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them navigate their learning journey with confidence and positivity.
Who you are
* You understand that progress looks different for every child.
* You hold a qualification in Psychology or similar
* You can engage with children, parents and staff alike, making everyone feel supported.
* You think on your feet and have excellent communication skills.
* Passionate about helping SEND children reach their full potential
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
