From pricing and promotions to merchandising, e-commerce, and NPD propositions, you’ll ensure our brands and products outperform the market. You’ll also lead and mentor a team, championing a consumer-led culture across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver customer category plans aligned with category vision and business objectives. Use market, shopper, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and influence retailer strategies. Own point-of-purchase metrics and create tactical plans for pricing, promotions, merchandising, and activation. Lead projects from research and concept through to in-store activation and customer communication. Build strong relationships with retailer stakeholders to become their go-to category expert. Line manage and mentor category managers and executives, supporting team development. Champion the voice of the consumer and shopper across the business. Significant category management experience within FMCG, operating at manager level. Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn insights into actionable plans. Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent data interpretation skills (EPOS, Kantar, Mintel) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
