Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our small, dedicated team of cleaners in the Braintree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and safety.
Duties
* Carry out cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
* Maintain an organised stock of cleaning materials and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
* A good command of English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between multiple sites.
* Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
