This is your chance to support a dedicated team and help shape the lives of residents in a nurturing, respectful environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and driving operational excellence.
Key Duties:
* Supporting the day to day running of the home, ensuring compliance and high quality care
* Leading and mentoring care staff, promoting a culture of growth and accountability
* Creating and reviewing tailored care plans with residents, families, and the team
* Conducting assessments and implementing effective care strategies
* Championing dignity, independence, and privacy in every aspect of care
* Managing admin tasks including rotas, budgets, and resource planning
* Handling resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
* Maintaining health and safety standards across the home
* Collaborating with external professionals to deliver holistic care
* Keeping accurate, confidential records and staying up to date with best practices
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
* A degree in Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within care or healthcare
* Strong understanding of social care regulations and standards
* Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
* A compassionate, resident-first mindset
* Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
* Confident communicator with a commitment to ethical care
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
