We are seeking a Move Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of moving operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all moves are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire moving process from initial client consultation to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Develop and implement project plans using methodologies to ensure timely completion of moves.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, expectations, and any potential issues that may arise during the moving process.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in moving operations.
Maintain accurate records of all moves, including costs, timelines, and client feedback for future reference.
Utilise Salesforce and other systems to track project progress and manage client relationships effectively.
Perform root cause analysis on any issues that occur during the moving process to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with team members using Basecamp to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
