About the Role As part of our pastoral department, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and inclusion of students across Years 7 to 13. You’ll act as a key point of contact for students, parents, carers, and external agencies, ensuring that communication and support are effective and coordinated. You will work closely with our pastoral leads, SEN and safeguarding teams, and teaching staff to help ensure every young person feels supported, understood, and able to succeed.
