Role
Scheme Manager – Homeownership – Part Time
Location: Barnards Farm, Seaton
Salary: £16,916 – £17,439 per year
Hours: 25 hours per week
Benefits: 2 Bedroom flat included
Responsibilities
* Identify areas of risk and ensure these are reported in a timely fashion and closely monitored.
* Communicate with a variety of customers and coordinate contractor workloads; appoint someone with recent experience in a similar role where exceptional customer service is demonstrated.
* Encourage residents to maintain well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services tailored to individual needs and organizational objectives.
* Provide administrative support including producing letters/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, invoice management and support resales.
* Confidently communicate with customers face to face and via telephone concerning queries/complaints and offer advice and guidance.
* Supervise contractors and works carried out to maximise service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services.
Skills and Experience (Qualifications)
* Experience of working with older people in a support capacity and understanding of the key needs and services available to residents.
* Experience of good practice for resident involvement or customer participation activities and practices.
* Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer care skills.
* A good working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information.
* A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travelling to other sites may be required.
