We want to talk to you!Join our communityYou will have the opportunity to join the Image Products team, a team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and implementing the various Image and Document Management systems used by the Bank.The primary focus will be ensuring the smooth and stable operation of these systems and implementing upgrades and fixes preventing obsolescence. The ideal candidate will get involved in new projects, onboarding new business areas, consulting with developers and business users, working with them to design, deploy and deliver new configuration to support the bank’s initiatives.The difference you’ll makeDelivering relevant document management transformation initiatives that contribute to the strategic vision and objectives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to ensure an integrated and seamless delivery process.Delivering 5x9’s product availability as the default for all critical Document Management services, and providing out of hours support on a rota basis approximately one week every five weeks.Managing risk by addressing and analysing changes, obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and patching.Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, and sharing knowledge with other team members and other teams where required.Taking the lead where necessary and solving a range of diverse technical problems and issues, reporting vulnerabilities and providing recommendations.What you’ll bring: Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyse and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.Extensive experience in IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Manager On Demand.IBM Storage Protect installation and configuration expertise.Good knowledge of Linux and Windows admin, scripting, and automation.It would also be nice for you to have:Experience in Capture and OCR technologies.Experience in IBM Products configuration (IBM DB2, IBM Websphere, ECS Exposure, IBM FileNet).Experience with at least one programming or scripting language preferably Java and/or VB.Net.Knowledge of installation and configuration of Kofax Capture with KCNS, KTM and Import Connector, and batch class development expertiseWhat else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
