As an IT Operations Principal, you will play a key leadership role, guiding and supporting multidisciplinary teams while overseeing the design and delivery of high-quality IT Operations services.
Our IT Operations teams are responsible for managing core IT Service Management functions, including Service Desk, Incident, Change, Configuration, and Service Management. This includes the IT Operations Centre, which provides 24/7 monitoring and management of critical live services, and the Service Architecture & Design team, which ensures robust service designs and the safe transition of projects into live environments.
As the custodian of our processes and tooling, you will ensure compliance with relevant models, policies, and standards. You will set strategic direction, championing an industry-leading approach that leverages the latest technologies, methodologies, and service management best practices.
