Overall job purpose
The role provides effective and professional administrative support and minute-taking services for the Supporting Families Unit. This position involves handling sensitive, complex, and often distressing subjects, requiring a high level of emotional resilience. The post holder will also deputize on behalf of the Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support and Minute-Taking:
*
o Deliver accurate and timely administrative functions and minute-taking services for the Supporting Families Unit.
* Handle sensitive and complex subjects with professionalism and emotional resilience.
* Managerial Support:
*
o Act as a deputy for the Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
* Policy Adherence:
*
o Ensure strict compliance with Data Protection regulations and internal processes.
* Follow established procedures to meet statutory timescales.
* Service Quality:
*
o Provide a high-quality, efficient, and effective service that aligns with the organization's core values, departmental policies, and objectives.
