Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their vehicle requirements
Managing and updating customer vehicle records accurately within Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
Providing clear and detailed technical and cost estimates for repairs and servicing
Promoting additional services, such as accessories and warranty options, to enhance workshop profitability
Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and services
Raising, processing, and invoicing repair orders accurately and promptly
Managing subcontracted repairs and warranty documentation efficiently
Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards at all timesRequirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Good knowledge of Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to effectively anticipate and meet customer needs
Immaculate personal presentation in line with brand expectations
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
