We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCA, SW, CSW) in the Spalding area. Shifts vary between day, night, and weekends.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* At least 6 months of UK experience within the past two years
* Comfortable working in care settings
* Ideally experienced with hoist use
Responsibilities
* Monitoring health conditions (temperature, pulse, respirations, weight)
* Moving and handling of care recipients and assisting them as needed
* Providing personal care, including washing and hygiene
* Serving meals and assisting with feeding
* Ensuring comfort and showing compassion to those receiving care
