* Employment type: Permanent
* Salary: £26.2-£27.6k
* Standard Hours: Flexible start / 40 hours per week
* Location: Lee-on-the-Solent
Assist the Engineering Planning Coordinator in ensuring that all aircraft maintenance documentation is raised, completed and recorded correctly. All work is to be conducted in accordance with current Company procedures and the Quality Management System. The aim of the post is to ensure that the aircraft maintenance events are accurately scheduled, recorded and completed.



Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the control all aircraft technical record documentation and the input of all required maintenance data.
* Assist in ensuring that all Base and Line maintenance documentation, Hangar Projects are raised and completed in accordance with all BN MRO procedures and in accordance with the Quality Management System.
* Assist Maintenance Management and Supervision to ensure Product Quality Standards are maintained and Products and Services conform to Approved Data, Contractual Requirements and Procedures.
* Assist with the administration of departmental procedures, forms and documents.
* Liaise with internal and external Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations in the technical control of aircraft.
* Assist with the compilation of Aircraft / Engine / Propeller / Modification logbook and release to service certificates.
* Assist with the maintenance planning for all aircraft inputs
* Develop professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies. Undertake training as appropriate in order to fulfil the requirements of the role.
* Assist in the audit of Hangar Projects to ensure that processes are adhered to in accordance with the Quality Management System.
* Understand the company’s ethos, the purpose of the business and maintain company confidentiality at all times.
* Comply with appropriate legislation, current regulations and company policies and procedures as set out in the Company handbook and other publications communicated to you.
* Assist the Continuing Airworthiness Management Department with the technical control of aircraft.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* 5 GCSEs Grade C/4+ incl Maths / English
* A City & Guilds or BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in aircraft engineering
* Competent in the use of Word and Excel to present reports and data.
* Flexibility to travel to various locations away from main place of work, in support of Business.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* Able to work well under pressure and achieve collective goals and deadlines.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting open communication.
* Keen eye for detail and able to follow required processes.
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a growing company.
* Proactive with strong attention to detail
