Property Sourcing Analyst - £30,000 -£35,000 plus bonus scheme | Northern Ireland | Full Time
We're a property investment and buyer's agency helping investors across the globe build property portfolios in Northern Ireland, one of the UK's best performing property markets right now.
We're growing and we need someone who can keep up.
The Role
You'll be finding, analysing and presenting property investment opportunities across Northern Ireland to our clients.
That means being out in the market, talking to people, running the numbers and communicating what you've found clearly and convincingly.
You will be based at our office in Lisburn.

Responsibilities
* Identifying investment properties across Northern Ireland
* Running deal analysis using Excel and Google Sheets
* Building relationships
* Attending viewings and producing clear property assessments
* Preparing investment packs and presenting opportunities to clients
About you
* A natural ability to sell and build rapport - people warm to you quickly
* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills - this is essential
* Comfortable analysing numbers and presenting a financial case clearly
* Experience in a people-focused environment
* Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time
* Full driving licence and own car
Essential Qualifications
* 3 A levels grade A-D
Desirable
* Experience in property renovations or surveying
* Knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market
* Degree level education
