Salary: Band 5 SCP12 £28,598.00 (pro‑rated £26,783.17)
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Contract: 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 20 days.

St Wilfrid’s RC College
We are seeking a reliable, practical and well‑organised Design & Technology Technician to support teaching and learning within our DT department. This is a key role in helping to ensure a safe, well‑resourced and stimulating practical environment for pupils and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching colleagues to prepare materials, maintain equipment, and contribute to the continued development and improvement of workshop and classroom provision, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3–5.
St Wilfrid’s RC College is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust which is one of four Trusts in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. The Trust includes five Secondary and twenty‑five Primary schools across South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham.
