As a Night Support Worker/Night Life Practitioner, you'll be an integral part of the team, teaching young people life skills in context and supporting them to integrate these skills. We will provide all necessary training. You will contribute to and promote the development of young people's communication, self-help, and independence skills by undertaking actions devised by other specialist colleagues, such as speech therapists and educational psychologists, and providing feedback on sessions. Additionally, you'll support individuals in maintaining and improving their health and emotional needs, always promoting increased independence.
We offer flexible hours to suit your family life. Nights - 40hrs per week. Part-Time shifts are also available. Night hours to be agreed with the Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
* A genuine passion for care and motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
* A strong team player.
* Resilience to persevere during difficult times and to seek support if needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
* A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or a willingness to complete this qualification within a fixed timeframe.
