Our client is a UK-based financial services firm that is hiring a Transformation Enablement Director to lead behavioural and cultural change during a major enterprise transformation. Reporting to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer, the role focuses on embedding agile and product-centric ways of working across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead enablement strategy to support agile transformation Deliver training, coaching, and experiential learning Advise senior leaders on behavioural change and agile mindset Track adoption metrics and align with programme milestones Requirements: Proven experience in large-scale change and agile enablement Strong organisational development and leadership coaching skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders and embed new behaviours Details: Start date: September 2025 Duration: 2 years Contract type: Fixed-term Salary: £90,000-£100,000 dependent on experience
