This role will focus on delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects within the public sector, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive business transformation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end project lifecycles for D365 CE implementations. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutionsEngage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful deliveryConfigure and customise D365 CE applications to meet client requirementsUtilise the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps - Both Model-Driven & Canvas, Power BI) to extend and enhance solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, developers and project managers. Provide guidance and best practices to clients on D365 CE capabilities and adoption.SkillsProven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant with full project lifecycle exposureStrong background in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution designHands-on expertise in system configuration and customisationsPractical experience with Power PlatformBenefitsStarting Salary - £50k-£75k dependant on experience Private healthcare, enhanced pension contributions and more!
