GSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Grantham.
We are on the hunt for a committed Teaching Assistant who can provide valuable classroom support, work closely with students, and help them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities
* Support students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is advantageous
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school setting
* Strong understanding of the secondary school environment
