Externals Manager – Tier 2 Main Contractor Reading Area | £50m Later Living Development A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Externals Manager to join a flagship £50m Later Living development based near Reading. This is a site-based role overseeing the full external envelope package across a large-scale RC frame residential scheme. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing façade works from pre-construction coordination through to delivery and handover. The project consists of multiple blocks and requires someone confident managing several façade subcontractors simultaneously, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are maintained throughout.
