What we’re looking for:
10. CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
11. Experience delivering mortgage and protection advice
12. Strong customer focus with a solid conversion track record
13. Ability to build and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams
14. Confidence in generating and converting new business

15. Providing clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
16. Working closely with branch teams to maximise lead opportunities
17. Managing your pipeline efficiently with the support of a dedicated admin team
18. Playing an active part in a high-performing, supportive team environment
