We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Young Carers Support Worker to join our Warrington team, supporting children and young people who care for someone at home. This is more than a role, it’s an opportunity to create meaningful change in young lives, working alongside a team that genuinely cares. About the Role You’ll work directly with young carers (aged 5–18), providing tailored support, advocacy and opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences. Your work will include: Delivering one-to-one support and group sessions Identifying needs and developing support plans Working closely with families, schools and partner agencies Helping young carers access opportunities, build confidence and improve wellbeing Why join us?
