Staysure Group is entering an exciting new phase of brand investment, and weâre looking for a strategic, commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our above-the-line media activity across our growing portfolio of brands.
This is a high-impact role with real influence, focused on driving brand preference, awareness, and consideration through smart, effective ATL media. Youâll shape how we invest in our brands, ensuring every pound works harder to support our ambitious growth plans.
The Role
As Marketing Manager â ATL, youâll own the end-to-end ATL media strategy, spanning TV, Radio, and Press, with the opportunity to explore new channels, formats, and partnerships as consumer behaviour evolves.
Working closely with our media agency and internal stakeholders, youâll translate business objectives into compelling, insight-led media plans that balance brand-building with commercial performance.
What Youâll Be Responsible For
Media Strategy & Planning
* Develop and lead the ATL media strategy aligned to brand, growth, and commercial objectives.
* Partner with our media agency to plan and deliver campaigns across TV, Radio, and Press, using a test-and-learn approach to optimise reach, frequency, and effectiveness.
* Identify opportunities to evolve the channel mix, formats, and media partnerships in line with market trends and consumer behaviour.
Agency Management
* Act as the primary day-to-day contact for our media agency, ensuring clear briefs, strong collaboration, and consistently high standards.
* Challenge and inspire agency thinking to deliver innovative, insight-driven media solutions.
* Oversee media planning, buying, and optimisation to ensure value for money, transparency, and performance.
Measurement & Performance
* Define clear success metrics for ATL activity, working closely with analytics and performance teams to measure brand impact and downstream conversion.
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness using brand tracking and attribution approaches.
* Clearly demonstrate the value of brand investment, helping to educate and bring the wider business on the journey.
* Use insight and learnings to refine strategy and inform future investment decisions.
Innovation & Growth
* Champion new ideas, formats, and approaches that drive brand fame, memorability, and distinctiveness.
* Stay close to media trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practice, bringing fresh thinking into the business.
* Collaborate closely with wider marketing teams to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel approach.
What Weâre Looking For
* Proven experience in an ATL-focused marketing role, ideally within financial services, insurance, travel, or another regulated consumer category.
* Strong understanding of TV, Radio, and Press, and how ATL activity drives both brand and performance.
* Experience managing and getting the best out of media agencies and external partners.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to balance creativity with rigour and accountability.
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at pace and at senior levels.
