Job Opportunity: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher Position

Salary: £36,750 - £56,750

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to the specific needs of SEN students.
2. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment to support the academic and social development of SEN students.
3. Assess and monitor the progress of SEN students, providing personalised feedback and support as needed.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting SEN students.
5. Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers to facilitate student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
7. Experience working with SEN students, preferably in a primary school setting.
8. Deep understanding of SEN educational needs and strategies to support them effectively.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
