The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* AML checks and client onboarding
* Direct client communication and matter coordination
* Managing searches, enquiries and due‑diligence tasks
* Liaising with lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors
* Progress chasing and keeping all parties updated
* Assisting with exchange, completion and post‑completion formalities
* Ensuring matters run efficiently and proactively resolving issues
We are looking for someone who brings both experience and the right mindset:
* Conveyancing experience is essential (2+ years)
* Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
* Confident communicating with clients directly
* Team player
