our client, you will be embedded on the shopfloor, ensuring complex aerospace assembly continues without disruption. When production hits a technical barrier, you are the escalation point. What You Will Do
You will: Diagnose and support Non-Conformities (NC)
Lead containment and corrective action follow-up
Create enriched technical documentation
Raise Design Query Notes (DQN)
Generate rework work orders
Manage outstanding work
Interface with Work Preparation, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain
Support LEAN and waste reduction initiatives
Drive EHS and Quality adherence at station level
Prioritise work orders linked to concessions or blocking points
You will operate daily in: High-pressure production environments
Cross-functional decision-making forums
Continuous improvement cycles
Technical documentation and SAP systems
