Bank contract - 1 to 2 shifts a week
Salary: £17 per hour
Shifts will vary week to week depending on need but will primarily be to cover leave and sickness absence with additional administrative assistance from time to time.

Role Overview
The MDT Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting safe, effective, and timely patient care by coordinating Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. The post holder ensures that patients are appropriately scheduled for discussion, that all relevant clinical information is available, and that outcomes and decisions from MDT meetings are accurately recorded and communicated. Working closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams, the MDT Coordinator maintains high standards of organisation, data quality, and confidentiality, enabling the MDT process to function efficiently and in line with governance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to MDT meetings, demonstrating excellent organisational and time‑keeping skills.
* Maintain a polite and friendly manner and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
* Work as part of a team, showing flexibility with shared tasks to ensure the best quality service for both staff and patients.
* Produce and circulate lists of patients to be discussed and maintain a list of attendees.
* Ensure case notes, scan images and any other relevant information is available at the meeting.
* Produce an accurate record of the discussion and outcome of MDT meetings and ensure that this information is circulated to MDT members by letter and/or report in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) experience would be desirable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good time‑management and prioritisation skills.
* Organisational skills.
* IT literate.
