Were partnering with a well-established name in the waste industry thats expanding its sales function. Theyre on the lookout for a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to focus 100% on new business ideal for someone confident in building client relationships from the ground up.
The Role
Youll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting a wide range of waste management services to clients across the construction and commercial sectors. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning business and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the waste management sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the business in a consultative, solutions-focused, and professional manner
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in field sales, must be within the waste industry (construction background also considered)
Strong track record of new business generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
Full UK driving licence
Based in or around Bracknell (or within a 1-hour commute)
