We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, small business that's looking to welcome a capable and adaptable Administrator to their close-knit team. This is a varied and rewarding role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact on the day-to-day running of the business.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you're happy to work independently at times as well as part of a small, supportive team - we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and manage incoming documents with care and accuracy

Coordinate schedules and keep track of important deadlines

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via phone and email

Maintain internal records and update databases

Support general office and organisational tasks, including booking travel, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence

Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and notes

Occasionally travel for work-related purposes

Willingness to work flexible hours during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience in an administrative role

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Comfortable working alone on occasion and contributing to a small, friendly team

Professional, proactive, and flexible approach
