The Role As a Senior Real Estate Partner in Manchester you will be leading and developing the Manchester commercial property practice, driving growth and strategic market positioning alongside a distinguished associate with leading international experience. You will be acting as primary advisor on the full spectrum of commercial property work: acquisitions, disposals, lettings, portfolio management, development, and landlord & tenant (including cross-jurisdictional advice). Your work will include managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value clients spanning retail, leisure, development, and investment sectors. The department is sector agnostic, although welcoming to sector specialists. You will have a hand in the recruitment and further strategic growth of the office giving you the chance to put your stamp on the department. You will be working in close collaboration with the UK-wide partnership. Requirements Senior real estate lawyer (England & Wales qualified), ideally with head of department / team lead experience at a reputable City, national, or international practice. Proven track record in high-value commercial property transactions, client development, and strategic leadership. Appetite for launching and driving a new team, autonomous, ambitious, and adept at operating across borders.
