We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our exceptional restaurants at Fortnum and Mason. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to enhance their culinary skills in a fine dining environment and take their career to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Senior Team to ensure top-notch food quality in your section.

* Coach and develop CDPs and Commis Chefs, leading by example to enhance their skills.

* Regularly check your section for standards, ensuring all audits and temperature checks are completed.

* Assist Senior Chefs in producing monthly kitchen reports.

* Work closely with the Restaurant team to foster a collaborative front and back of house partnership.

* Communicate effectively to keep the team informed about the menu.

* Exhibit strong planning, organizing, and time management skills to drive operational excellence.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and standards (e.g., due diligence, cleanliness, and HSE).

* Monitor and maintain inventory, promptly highlighting any issues to the Senior Chefs.

* Experience in a fine dining restaurant as a Senior Chef de Partie.

* A willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge.

* A genuine passion for food.

* Excellent longevity with previous employers.

* Commitment to maintaining Food Safety standards.
