This role involves working on large-scale development projects transforming infrastructure, including: Energy generation projects, such as carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and renewables (large-scale solar, floating offshore wind) Energy distribution and transmission projects (including the Great Grid Upgrade) Carbon capture pipelines Strategic rail projects Highway improvements and greenway projects Regeneration projects, including port developments Developments in ecommerce, minerals, waste, water, defense, aviation, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors Here's what you'll do: Provide Expertise:
Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, Environmental Statements, and supporting documents, including technical review of specialist chapters. Involved across all project stages, from early strategy to operation, covering multiple consenting regimes. Ensure Quality:
Maintain high standards in deliverables with a keen eye for detail. Project Management:
Develop skills in resource and budget coordination. Collaborate:
Work within integrated design teams to improve environmental outcomes, identify impact mitigation, and explore benefits. Client Contact:
Engage directly with clients and internal teams. Growth:
