About the role
Working under the supervision of the Director of the UCL Centre for Responsible Innovation, the Research Associate will be responsible for Centre research, impact, and engagement. This will involve a high degree of autonomous work.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering against ongoing commitments for engagement consultancy, including to ARIA’s Climate Cooling Programme, working with colleagues at UCL and directly with partners such as Liminal Space.
The successful candidate will assist in Centre workshop and event design, organisation and delivery. They will also assist with content creation and digital communications, as well as carrying out ongoing research, data collection and analysis activities.
About you
Applicants are required to demonstrate knowledge of Responsible Innovation and Science Communication concepts and have experience in putting these into practice in professional settings. They will have knowledge of project management principles and experience with qualitative research skills in interdisciplinary settings.
Applicants should be educated to Master's degree level or have equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
