As a Vendor Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our technology function by managing relationships with our strategic suppliers. You’ll help ensure we drive innovation, strategic alignment and value for money from our most strategic vendors – all of which supports our mission to deliveroutstanding care and experiences for our customers.

How you’ll help us make health happen
As a Vendor Management Analyst, you’ll:
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Manage a pipeline of supplier engagements and contract renewals
* Coordinate vendor strategy meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing notes and reports
* Track and resolve supplier performance issues and escalations
* Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals, and supplier summaries
* Support contract negotiations and ensure quality control of documentation
* Produce regular management information (MI) and reporting on vendor performance
* Forecast vendor spend and maintain financial models for key suppliers
* Identify opportunities to optimise vendor relationships and services
* Collaborate with Procurement, Strategic Relationship Management (SRM), and Technology teams
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, analytical, and confident working with a range of stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
* Experience managing third-party suppliers, ideally in IT or technology
* Strong contract management and negotiation skills (IACCM/WCC or CIPS certification is a plus)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is desirable
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering great outcomes
