I'm looking for an Associate Child Psychotherapist/Counsellor to join my practice in Wakefield, working with children who have experienced trauma. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified therapist who wants to develop specialist skills in cybertrauma and technology-related harm.
(Location Wakefield, West Yorkshire – In-person only)
What you'll be doing:
* Providing trauma-informed therapy to children and young people
* Working within an attachment-based, relationally focused framework
* Developing expertise in cybertrauma and online harms

What I'm looking for:
* Qualified Child Psychotherapist or Counsellor
* Training and experience working with children
* Training and experience working with trauma
* Based in or willing to commute to Wakefield, West Yorkshire
* Interest in developing skills in cybertrauma and technology-related harm
* Knowledge of attachment theory and child development
* Experience with children and complex trauma
