Role

We seek a paralegal with 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience to join our Scottish Real Estate team. The role involves work across legal service areas, providing exposure to major clients and collaboration with various teams. Attendance at offices is optional, supporting remote work preferences.
Responsibilities
* Support general legal tasks, managing submissions to Registers of Scotland, HMLR, HMRC, etc.
* Manage data rooms and conduct due diligence on sales and acquisitions.
* Handle LBTT, SDLT, searches, Companies House filings.
* Draft, negotiate, advise, and manage cases with supervision.
* Utilize legal technology and AI tools.
* Report internally and externally.

Minimum Requirements
* At least 5 As at Scottish Highers
* Scottish law qualification (preferred)
* Commercial real estate experience (essential, residential experience considered)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with data rooms (helpful but not essential)
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Drive, initiative, and good communication skills
* Flexibility and team-oriented attitude
