As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the Civil Engineering & Groundworks sector. About The Role: As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Solihull & Midlands region. Your focus will be: • Creating and understanding specifications. • Building relationships with clients. • Pricing form data and proposing these to clients. • Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase. • Reporting and working closely with the Director. About You: • Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients. • Experience working on Civil Engineering & Groundworks Schemes. • Live within or commutable to Solihull • Experience using Candy and/or Causeway and/or Excel systems. • First Principals and Project Take Off experience.
