To qualify at the more junior level, you will have one year plus experience in a technicalsupport / helpdeskrole working withMicrosoft Server including Active Directory and Group Policy configuration. Someone to at least know what Active Directory is, be able to set up a new user and also understand what Group Policy is used for.
